BioSyn is maintained by the BioSyn Scientific Editorial Team. We read every message, and corrections to a calculation or a citation are the most useful thing you can send us — they make the tools better for everyone. There is no support ticket system and no chat bot; you reach the people who build the calculators.

Write tosupport@biosyn-inc.com. To help us act quickly, please include:

• the page URL (for example /molarity-calculator/);
• what looks wrong or what you would like to see;
• for a correction, the source you believe is correct (a NIST, NEB, Promega, IDT or peer-reviewed reference is ideal).

What to contact us about

• Report a wrong number or formula. A result that disagrees with your protocol, a worked example that does not add up, or a constant you believe is out of date.
• Flag a broken or weak source. A citation link that no longer works, or a Tier 3 source being used where a Tier 1 or Tier 2 reference should be.
• Request a calculator. Tell us which lab calculation you need and we will consider it for the roadmap.
• Advertising, privacy or terms questions. See the privacy policy and terms of use first, then email us anything unresolved.

How we handle corrections

When a report is valid we re-check the formula against a primary source, fix the calculator, re-run its worked examples and update the "last reviewed" date on the page. The full process is described on the methodology page and theabout page.

Response time

We aim to respond to corrections within a few business days. Feature requests are reviewed on a longer cycle as we plan new tools. We cannot give individual scientific, medical or experimental advice — BioSyn provides general calculators, not consultation.
